Valentina Globina was born in Moscow.

In 1941 she graduated from the Moscow Institute of Polygraphy where she studied under V. Kushnir and I. Pavlov.

She began exhibiting her work in 1960.

In 1969 she joined the Union Of Artists of the USSR.
