Romashkov, Yuriy Iosifovich

Genre and portrait painter.

In 1930 he graduated from The Higher Art Technical Institute (VkhuTeIn) in Leningrad(St. Petersburg).

In 1930-1960 he taught at The Art College of Penza.

He joined the Union of Artists of the USSR in 1938.

He participated in the regional and All-Republic Exhibition.
